1. To act as a managerial and legal counselor on intellectual property rights on a retaining basis, and to provide consultative opinions on laws related to intellectual property rights.
2. To act for clients in the licensing and the invalidation of, and suits, appeals, re-appeals, and administrative litigations in connection with intellectual property rights.
3. To study or review legal problems for clients and to provide written opinions on such legal problems.
4. To draft and issue letters on behalf of clients for legal matters, to witness contracts and/or agreements, to draft contracts and/or agreements or other documents for clients.
5. To handle for clients legal procedures related to business merger, investment agreements or contracts with foreign firms, and all kinds of undertaking contracts or agreements.
6. To draft for clients contracts and/or agreements related to the licensing of patents, trademarks, or techniques, to negotiate on behalf of clients with a third party about licensing of rights, and to provide legal services and management for various kinds of intellectual property rights and contracts and/or agreements about non-disclosure of business secrets.
