1. To handle on behalf of clients the registration of copyrights in Taiwan and in foreign countries.
2. To act for clients in the applications for cancellation of registration of copyrights, and the response to the registration of copyrights.
3. To act for the clients in bringing appeals and/or administrative litigations in connection with copyrights, to represent the clients in the whole procedures of such appeals and litigations, and to provide related responses and arguments.
4. To provide judgments on the right scope of a copyright, and to conduct investigations and judgments related to copyright infringements.
5. To act for clients in civil and criminal suits in connection with copyright infringements, seizure of infringing products, claims for royalty, and the like.
