1. To handle on behalf of clients counsels, applications, responses, arguments, appeals, administrative remedies, and various procedures in connection with domestic and foreign trademarks.

2. To conduct investigations before filing of trademark applications, to provide evaluation and consultative opinions about the registrability of a trademark, to conduct searches for approximate trademark designs.

3. To conduct investigations in connection with trademark infringements, and to prepare related statements of judgment on alleged infringement.

4. To act for clients in civil and criminal suits and administrative remedies in connection with trademark infringement, seizure of infringing products, claims for royalty, and the like.

5. To handle on behalf of clients the registration, maintenance, renewal, revocation, dispute, etc. of domestic and foreign trademarks.

6. To handle on behalf of clients the licensing and re-licensing of trademark, the transfer of trademark, the recordation of trademark as a pledge, etc.
